I am Desmond Anthony, a certified personal trainer specializing in Power, Strength, and Conditioning training. I am also a Young Exercise Specialist whose passion lies in guiding others to cultivate a disciplined mind and body while enjoying the process and gaining confidence. 

 

After leaving the US ARMY, I devoted myself entirely to building a business based on my passion for fitness. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals as your trainer. I understand that weight loss and muscle gain can be difficult, and I am committed to guiding you through any obstacles that may arise. By analyzing your body type, BMI, and metabolism, I will develop a personalized fitness plan to help you succeed
